Very dirty. Poor hygiene handling. Needs an area manager to visit soon. No clean tables. Had to wash a cup to serve a cup of tea. Took ages to get served even with no queue. Had to swipe card 5 times because of not listening to me and suspect till operator. Generally naff service. Seem to share an ID badge for the till as it was passed around with ease.
